Vekto Lifetime Warranty

Your Vekto V18 covered for life.

Every Vekto V18 comes with a 5-year warranty. This turns it into a lifetime warranty. Same cover, no end date.

What's covered. The motor, the battery, the floor head and every tool, against any fault in parts or manufacturing, for as long as you own your V18. If the battery drops below 80% of its capacity, we replace it.

How to claim. Email contact@shopvekto.com with your order number and a short photo or video of the problem. We send a replacement part or a new unit. No receipt hunting, no registration.

What's not covered. Accidental damage, loss, theft, water damage, or damage from use other than as shown in the manual. Filters and brushes that wear out with normal use are not covered.

One-off payment, no subscription. Linked to your original order. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
